The HSG TALENTS Conference

Every spring, motivated students present the official recruiting event of the University of St.Gallen (HSG) that is supervised by our Career Services Center (CSC-HSG).

Representatives of over 110 regional, national and international companies from all sectors have the opportunity to meet over 1200 Bachelor's, Master’s and MBA students, all of whom share the same goals: to learn, to get to know one another, to discuss – and perhaps to lay the foundation for the start of a career.

Education fair
In 2011, 17 workshops, 48 presentations and 310 interviews were held.
The education fair in the OLMA exhibition halls continues to grow each year, this time with 4000 square metres and 103 booths.

The participants
Nearly half of the participants will be on the job market in the next four to six months. Roughly one-third of the participants have an HSG Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. In 2011 51% of the visitors were looking for a full-time job or an internship.
