Perspectives
From Rise
Looking at many important open research issues in the areas of strategic entrepreneurship and management, it is evident that it is very important to engage in a careful discussion and analysis of the often implicit epistemological and theoretical premises, conceptual foundations and methodological implications underlying any disciplined and robust research endeavor. RISE Management Research understands itself as a research initiative, which explicitly focuses on the epistemological and theoretical premises of its research activities, as well as on the major resulting methodological and empirical implications. In particular, we build on theoretical perspectives and research approaches from the following research programs in the social sciences:
