Daniel is the managing director of RISE and a strategy consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds a PhD and a master degree in Management of the University of St. Gallen HSG. Research focus: Strategic management of innovation in Healthcare / Life Sciences.
Stefan Arn, UBS AG
Stefan is a management board member of RISE. He ist the founder of AdNovum Software AG. Until recently he was CEO of this company. Currently he is a director at UBS AG.
Dr. Paul Nakagaki, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd
Paul is a management board member of RISE. Paul is working for the Group Research Strategy at F. Hoffmann La-Roche. Among other roles, he led one of the firm's key strategic initiatives (“Pharma in 2015”). Paul is focused on the creation of new R&D models that provide sustainable innovation and productivity.

Adrian is a research associate at the University of St. Gallen HSG. His research focuses on strategy practice under uncertainty. He studied business administration and management at the University of St. Gallen and the London School of Economics.
Dr. Florian Bertram

Florian works in the Corporate Development Department of Siemens AG. He was a research associate at the Institute of Management of the University of St. Gallen HSG and a research scholar at the Sol C. Snider Entrepreneurial Center of The Wharton School.
